Walleyed

On March 31, 2023 sfclayworks studio members had an opportunity to shine with the exhibition Walleyed. Fabulous sfclayworks artist and gallery director @LeighBarbier set the challenge for all of us 3-D minded clay artists to shift our focus to "Wall" work.  The show opened on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 5-7 pm in the Front Office Gallery.We had a nice crowd at the opening and everyone was excited to see the variety of work that was created for the show. As you can see from the images below, our studio members created some wonderful pieces and the display looks absolutely beautiful.  Challenges presented by these member exhibitions create exciting and fun ways for all of us to move away from what we usually make; the added bonus is that it often leads to new discoveries. Thank you to all members who put forth the effort to participate in this member challenge; you helped make this exhibition a success. Bravo!!

              Next up in The Front Office Gallery @sfclayworks is Metamorphosis
